 15 hands

This is one cool gelding. We affectionately call him Biscuit. Conformationally very correct and balanced with that attractive red dun color, dorsal stripe and tiger striped legs. Biscuit is an NRHA reining money earner with a youth kid in the saddle. He can do all the maneuvers easily and correct. Pretty spins, smooth stops, easy lead change, and lopes on a draped rein. Biscuit has very comfortable gaits and transitions with a nice slow jog and good extended trot. He neck reins nicely and guides easily. Biscuit is very smart and learns new things eagerly and easily. He’s very adaptive and quiet minded in new surroundings. He’s gentle and easy going. Biscuit enjoys a relaxing trail ride and is excellent in all types of terrain. He’s very sure footed out in the AZ mountains and throughout the desert.  He’s confident to ride alone, but good in a group as well. He’s not in a rush to do anything as he would just assume go slow, but has plenty of go if needed. He’s not spooky and good with wildlife, dogs, cattle, loud gunfire, busy traffic, blowing tarps, and heavy machinery. Biscuit is very fond of any attention you give him and is a very  loving soul. He has a lot of personality and is entertaining around the barn. He will run to the gate when he sees you and follow you around like a puppy dog. Biscuit is a big boned gelding with great structure. He’s built to last a life time. He’s very versatile and a willing partner that can go any direction. This classy gelding is always gentle and aims to please. He’s got an amazing black type pedigree and looks like his sire! Biscuit is sired by Not Ruf At All, Triple Crown Champion, Futurity Champion, Derby Champion, NRBC Champion, and earner of $456,501!
