 SOLD!

 15.3 hands

He’s big measuring 15.3 hands, very pretty, and America’s favorite color, BUCKSKIN! Texaco has been there and done that. He’s been ridden extensively in the mountains in New Mexico, used for gathering big pastures and knows what a wet saddle pad is all about. Texaco is solid on the end of a rope whether it be out on the ranch or backed in head side box in the arena. He is extremely quiet in the box, scores great, leaves flat, easy to ride and rates steers great. He could pull an elephant if you roped it. Texaco represents what a true ranch horse should be like. He’s stout, strong and willing to do a days work and has the endurance as well. Texaco has always been quiet, gentle and easy to handle. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body and wants to get along. He is sure footed and will go right where to point him. He ground ties, easily maneuvers to open all the gates, fine with crazy dogs, wild buffalo and blowing tarps. If you want to ranch, rope or just pleasure ride you will enjoy Texaco each time you saddle him. He has a neat cross of running bloodlines on top, Corona Cartel and First Down Dash along with modern day performance bloodlines on the bottom, Shining Spark. Offered at the Bots Sots Remount Horse Sale in Sheridan, WY on June 6th. Online & Phone bidding available.
